Less hoppy than I remember, but this had been cellared for years. Gotta get my hands on some fresh ones.

Boozy and oaky but very smooth. Very smooth in an English Pale Ale for the ABV.

I forgot how much I loved this beer. Such a great balance of malt, hops, and oak. It’s a treat to have it again but wish I could get this all the time.

This beer is better than 90 minute and I like 90 minute. Such a good malt backbone and I'm not even a fan of malt backbones.

Aged 4 years on the dogfish floor. Cool beans. Bottled 9/13/19. New wood aged. 🪵 🍺

Live @ Dogfish Head - Burton Baton is one of the best beers in the world. Period. Stop. End of story. Imperial IPA mixed with Olde English Ale. Aged in bourbon barrels. Stop. Just stop. Beer lives here.

About the best you can get. Oddly, even more delicious paired with a dish featuring melted cheese. Go figure!

I found a 4 pack a year ago and one survived this long. Tonight the lone survivor has met it's match. It aged extremely well and I can only hope that they make it again. I love this beer!

Omg.. bottled on 08/05/14 and as good as I remember it. Lightly oaky, sweet, rich, complex. Vaguely reminds me of an imperial pumpkin ale without the spices.
