Freaking. Delicious. Oakey, a bit malty, incredibly smooth for 10%. Piney, bitter, spectacular.

Strong sweet malt and oak barrel nose. Taste matches, with a bit of hop citrus and bite at the back of the palate to balance. A wonderful strong sipper. Delicious!

This hits so different fresh off the tap. It’s super sweet like brown sugar but perfectly balanced by the big pine and spice hops. So good!

Dogfish has never let me down on a good tasting beer this was a smooth tasty brew to bad they only had one at the store but I’ll be on the lookout for more of these

Picked up this bottle at least 5 years ago and let it age. Figured it was time. It was good, but not necessarily better than a fresh one? Either way, here’s to y’all, Jomala!

Felt like it was time for a special moment. This March of 2010 batch has been aging in my beer fridge. Decanted some solids off the bottom of the bottle. Taste awesome. I hear they no longer brew Burtons. Sad day.
