Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Ramsey

Quickly becoming a favorite the more I drink it. As it ages, it really leans into a barleywine style and is so damn delicious. Killer malty caramel, vanilla from the whiskey, and a lighter (this time) hop balance. It is both big and complex.

Citrus Squall Ramsey

Unfiltered vibe with easy citrus notes. Great with sushi.

Wake Up World Wide Stout Ramsey

A fantastic beast of a breakfast stout. The dark chocolate notes stand out then are followed by a nice light maple. It’s very creamy and the booze (which is a lot) is muted. Nicely done!

CocoAmburana Ramsey

And I quote myself, “Holy Mother of God!” That is amazing! Chocolate, woodsy oak spice, vanilla, and a light cinnamon like vibe. I destroyed this!

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Ramsey

Wow that’s unique! It drinks like a barley wine but without any of that raisiny note. The hops take care of that. The barrel influence is big but it’s amazing that none of the other ingredients are lost.

Burton Baton Ramsey

This hits so different fresh off the tap. It’s super sweet like brown sugar but perfectly balanced by the big pine and spice hops. So good!

4 Giants Hazy IPA Ramsey

Imperial Hazy IPA! That’s dangerous. It’s crushable as hell. Smooth, sweet, and citrusy with a long rind finish.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Ramsey

Definitely worth the wait on this one. Very silky smooth with mellowed flavors of maple syrup, milk chocolate (maybe even white chocolate). Low boozy notes. Dangerous at 11%.
