On cask at the brewery. The maple gives it a bit of extra earthy maltiness, lots of citrus and pith. A tasty spin on an old school IPA style.

Nice bitterness and lots of West Coast hoppy goodness. The cask makes it soft and brings out some of the subtle notes.
