A nice balance of malt and hops. I’ve had it dry hopped at DE and that is something special.

Never a bad time to enjoy a little Dogfish 75, or even a 60, 120 or 90. They’re all soooo good. Cheers 🍻

This is a 2018 version and I am pleasantly surprised that it survived to be still quite drinkable. Still, hoppy and still that hint of sweetness.

Light coppery with a huge frothy off white head. Old school resiny hops forward, but in check with the lightly caramel sweet malt bill. Balanced and very well brewed. Everything in its place. Killer.
