My last check in of this beer (2015) said it was way over the top piney, but if anything now the pine is too subtle. Drinkable but nothing special.

The pine is a nice touch, but the hoppiness just overpowers everything for me. I know it's the style, but it's just not my thing..

6 of 10 Revisit. Less piney then years ago, which is better. Good malt backbone.

Much sweeter compared to the floral I expected, with surprisingly strong, off-putting bitterness to follow.

Tastes artificial. Miss the days when the spruce tips were hand-picked.

Helped me calm down a bit, not a bad brew. Dog slipped between the gate fence today while banding bull calves, pulled him out in time. Dunno what I’d have done if I saw my dog get caught and crushed between the gate and the angry heifer. Jesus Christ.
