For those keeping score, that's 76 blown Christmas lights from the tree. Odd that one light string surged and blew all the LEDs but not the other strips connected to it. Big robust stout to celebrate a functioning Christmas tree 🎄 again.

This was one bottled in 2016 that I have been saving for a while. It has shifted from the sweetness to the darker full body. I would say that it has aged well.

Some really old bottle. Dang does this beer age gracefully!! Zero booze. Umami flavor that is amazing.

Label says 15.5% ABV for this batch. Seriously boozy. And seriously rich and roasty. I am also getting the notes of espresso. It's def an experience, but BB aged Dark Star is my benchmark for this style.

2021 batch. Coffee heavy with smooth edges. Sweet forward with light rounded bitterness from the coffee & hops. It’s mind bending how little booziness there is. This is 18% ABV and still feels like silk. Masterpiece.
