Woah! Really good. Strong and really thick. Complex so hard to sus out flavors. Coffee and chocolate. Roasty with stone fruit at finish. Really smooth for the alc %. A small glass beer.

Damn, this one is huge. Strong and rich. A hair sweet, but not at all overpowering. I expect nothing less from DFH.

Smooth and such a high abv is an accomplishment. Taste wise this used to be the tops but great stouts are so much more accessible nowadays

Deep malty flavor. Hints of vanilla. Boozy for a non barrel aged. I need to find this aged sometime!!

Heavy. Lots of malt, barley, and roast. ABV is subtle; booze is not pronounced. This was an interesting beer.

From 2014. Flavors have fallen off a bit. Boozy as hell right now!
