An oak-aged Imperial Wit ale brewed with grape must. Grape profile is still there but the wit is fading. A lovely throwback for what it is!

Freshly tapped at DFH. Wine notes but not a lot of wit character left. Not bad but not something I’d want a lot of.

Round 2 - catch up - Slight hops, but fruity and floral and stronger than expected. Also slight smoke as it warmed but definitely like a sweet strong ale more than anything
