smaakt nergens naar, ergens iets van sour maar dat is niet te benoemen

Roodkleurig licht troebel bier met een mooie witte schuimkraag. De geur is fruitig, bloemig en zurig. Frisse, licht zure en fruitige smaak. Bessen, bloemen, lichte houttonen, iets aards en licht wrang. Lichte, friszure afdronk die niet lang blijft hangen.

Prickling nose, Rodenbach becomes noticeable. Smooth, more sweetish than tart, jelly fruits of lemon and red berries, low carbo, touch of Balsamico in the background. 3,75++

Ya solo colaborar estos dos grandes es un regalo, dogfish y rodenbach haciendo ya sour donde predomina la tarta y el limón, y las bayas. La espuma pese a que no duradera existe y la acidez es marcada,

A blend with rodenbach. To be honest just rodenbach is much better. Some tart sour and jam like sweetness. But all with low intensity 🐟🤔

Zuur biertje, maar de smaak is vluchtig en redelijk vlak. Ik sluit me aan bij bro, had er ook meer van verwacht.

Not overly tart... unique flavors I can't really pick apart... but a very lemony finish.

Amber with a redish glow, cremè coloured 1fh. Aroma jute, hay. Flavor berries, wood, fruity tart, hint of vanilla, dry finish. Smooth sourish blend of a foeder beer and a kettle sour. Okay. Thanks Erwin 🍻
