Bottled on 29 October 2016 and cracked open for a very special occasion with this morning's announcement. Lost a bit of the scrapple but was very smooth for 4 years old.

12pm. Very smoky nose. Even smokier up front. Finishes with a hint of coffee.

Found this in hiding in the basement. Still a nice smokey flavor with a bacon nose. Not much in the way of coffee. Very effervescent. Better than I remember.

It’s an old bottle that wasn’t really stored properly so it tastes a little weird but I can still see what’s good about it even if it’s a bit too smokey for my liking

Cellared 5 years: still big and bold with the smoky, coffee notes becoming more pronounced balanced with a delicious maple malt sweetness.

Smoky, smooth, kinda sweet. 3rd bet today bit I've checked in the first two many times.... this one is good and quite smoky. Pairs well with breakfast sausages
