Imperial Stout (2012) Campbell

#cellarbeers This 2012 vintage at 10.5% horsepower is mellow, very roasty, and dark malty. Currently a 3.65/5 but for 12 years out that's pretty respectable.

Backwoods Bastard (2012) Campbell

Cellar find along with the 3 others I've checked in previously. This has aged amazing for 12 years out. Big malty, bourbon remains. A fantastic old ale. Mellowed nicely and that toffee flavor is still up front

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Campbell

Noce dark roasty coffee, dark chocolate, and moderate barrel influence remains. A bit thin. Still really good for the near 5 year age.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2015) Campbell

This far out, the bottles are hit and miss.. this one is mediocre at best. This one still has chocolate, but the coffee is gone, and the barrel that remains is muddled. Might manage it all, might pour...

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Campbell

5 years out, this still rocks coffee and has good barrel. The signature chocolatey that has been consistent in KBS is still rocking. Probably 4.2/5 by my current opinion, but it is 5 years old

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Campbell

10-3-19 bottled. Boozy, chocolatey with light maple. Actually prefer the 2018 bomber that i opened on Saturday evening. They took away the Mountie rider, he must've had the maple ingredients...... still a really tasty fall beer for cool evenings 4.2/5
