#cellarbeers This 2012 vintage at 10.5% horsepower is mellow, very roasty, and dark malty. Currently a 3.65/5 but for 12 years out that's pretty respectable.

Cellar find along with the 3 others I've checked in previously. This has aged amazing for 12 years out. Big malty, bourbon remains. A fantastic old ale. Mellowed nicely and that toffee flavor is still up front

Noce dark roasty coffee, dark chocolate, and moderate barrel influence remains. A bit thin. Still really good for the near 5 year age.

My last checkin from Feb 2019 said this was too sweet and needed 5 to 6 years. So here we are 5 years 2 months later & the super sweet has mellowed. The blueberry is fantastic, bourbon nicely mellowed, really very good overall. The cellar worked on this 1

My yearly revisit to CBS. 2017 vintage. Faded coffee, big chocolate with nice maple. Light barrel flavors and heat.

This far out, the bottles are hit and miss.. this one is mediocre at best. This one still has chocolate, but the coffee is gone, and the barrel that remains is muddled. Might manage it all, might pour...

Smoky, smooth, kinda sweet. 3rd bet today bit I've checked in the first two many times.... this one is good and quite smoky. Pairs well with breakfast sausages

Compared to last one of these I drank this has more Maple up front. Very chocolatey, barrel is present, thicker body. Impressive. 4.4/5 as this is much better balanced overall.

4.4/5 This one really is solid. Delicious chocolate maple fudgy. Not much barrel that i can tell but none the less it's a damn good stout.
