Good cream ale with cinnamon.....it would be higher rated if aftertaste didn’t linger.

Dogfish Head is never afraid to push the envelope and I can appreciate that. This cream ale is a bit spicey. Star anise, cardamom and ginger kinda dominate everything else. They usually put out a more balanced experience. Collaboration with Sam Adams.

CFB championship and beer. A good combination. Smells better then it tastes. There’s just too much going on here.

Certainly unique flavors, which is probably why it’s rated as high as it is. It’s almost got a root beer float quality, but the turmeric and cardamom coming through make it verge on perfumey

Lots of spice going on here, get creamy on the way down. Not as heavy as the ABV might suggest.

A variety of spices and flavorings make this an interesting brew! Another nice blending job from Dogfish.

Great beer... definitely would recommend.. plus .5 for the awesome label.. I giggled because I could see one of our kids dressing up like this 😂

First impression is musty gym bag. But it clears up and the myriad of flavors distinguish themselves. A lot going on here, maybe too much. Ginger eventually wins, although vanilla and cardamom are present.
