Boozy and intensely sweet. Maple and raisin flavors dominate. Improves as it warms up.

Hot damn this is delicious. Such a great stout flavor and the barrel aging doesn’t add an overpowering flavor.

Could/should I have aged this one more? Sure. But I needed something worthy to commemorate a dominating US Ryder Cup win. Boozaliciously worthy, but surprisingly a little better colder.

Pretty good, definitely a stout. Rich and dark. Very good. Taste the influence from the barrel.

This is one hell of a beer! I’ve had the WWS before but the Utopias is a new level.

Bombs away! Gobsmacking bourbon barrel on the nose. The alcohol overpowers at 17.3 ABV, but if you let it warm, raisins and plums do emerge with a hint of bitterness on the finish. If you’re into aging, this one would.

FLN Straggler, Utopia barreling makes this a completely different animal then the standard WWS , rich raisinette tones, dark chocolate, fantastic

That strong barrel flavor, but balanced well with the stout. So very great.

Apparently, this is something that ages well. Ok. Unfortunately, I don’t personally do really well in cellaring, so I think I’ll suck 3 out of the 4 down, enjoy, and see if I can hold off for n opening the last. This is deep, rich, and oaky. Cigar beer.
