Had to go for the 2nd to compare the Burbon. Love the nose, full flavor. Boozy, little burn but clean finish. Flavorful. Different than regular but great in the Barrel aged way.

One and done for me. So much alcohol I’m sweating. Thinner than most barrel aged imperials.

W/ reg World Wide. Bottled 11/2019. Tastes vanilla/bourbon & less choco/molasses/licorice, no hoppy. BUT, is MUCH more boozy! I assume because of the BB. Def not for those sensitive to alcohol. Overall, I like it more because of the absence of licorice.

Nice hint of the bourbon barrel aging really elevates this otherwise Carmel roast toasty brew. Dogfish just does it right. Every. Time.

Bottle date Nov. 1, 2019. Very strong bourbon aroma. The bourbon notes are very prominent up front and on the back end, with a nice roasty profile in the middle. This is definitely a one and done, very potent!

Another late check in. Thin, heavy barrel, to the point that this almost tasted like a stout/whiskey blend.

This has aged wonderfully. Smooth, chocolatey bourbon notes all throughout. Alcohol burn has completely disappeared.
