Intense bourbon but still all the feels of WWS. Just noticing the label art is inspired by the WWS variety.

Thinner than expected but boozy. Dark and roasty with coffee and dark malts. Subtle bourbon undertones.

I finally cracked this, and realized I’ve been cellaring it for almost 3 years. It was p good. Burnt slumber is what comes to mind for me

Finally! A place with a Great 13 tap beer selection, excellent food, stupid cocktails and good people. As for the beer, careful with the ABV, begins to fail toward the end, but not too boozy for the high ABV.

This is so good. Boozy and sweet with plenty of malty and roasty goodness. Smooth and way too easy to drink.

Wow. I can't believe I had this over a year ago. It has been one of those weeks, so this is welcome. Rich, but the bourbon character is not too pronounced. The fusel intensity has gently mellowed and what remains is a lovely warmth to cheer a rainy day.

Absurdly rich, oakey and strong. Dark, brutal abv and thick and flavorful as molasses.

Okay, so a day on the Harley and you would think you would deserve a good cold beer. So if your going to have 1 why not 2. Great drinking, relaxing full bodied stout. Great job to the Brewer!

Decent on initial opening, but really nice towards middle-end. Lovely nose.
