Boozy vanilla goodness, my God, massive vanilla and oak influence. Creamy. The beer is a tasting experience.

Bottled 8.28.18 Smooth with some alcoholic warmth. Vanilla and oak have faded into the roast. No oaky astringency at all. Delicious.

Aged this one for several years. Very smooth, vanilla is subtle, roasty malt finish. Real nice.

Ah, this has aged nicely! Dark mahogany with a hint of ruby when back-lit. Wafting hints of vanilla and oak on the nose. Rich chocolate and roasty front with a smidge of tannins in the middle and finish. 2017 was a year where I needed this lovely beer!

Holy shit, boozy. This tastes so much like bourbon. Not getting a ton of vanilla. Just lots of booze burn.
