Aged this one for 4 years. Still fruit forward with the flavor. Strong presence of barrel aged sugar. I’m going to sit on the other two for longer. This has potential to be awesome in the years to come.

Lost some carb over the years but it tastes nearly the same as fresh. Fig newtons soaked in high abv backyard wine.

Definitely prefer fresh. 6/29/18. ton of blackberry fruit tang/tannins and light astringency. more melanoidin, jammy character changed to a sharper dry red wine character. Mostly. Warming up nicely. very strong cabernet wine like beer now. Boozy warmth.

Still nice fruit notes. Kind of like a brandy now honestly. Strong alcohol presence and quite a bitter, drying aftertaste.

6/15/18. Chocolate, raspberry nose. Chocolate, caramel, raspberry, dried fruit akin to fig, Cranberry.

Had this one awhile, looks like bottled 7/11/18. 17% powerhouse that drinks more like wine than beer, boysenberry raspberry blackberry elderberry beautiful blend. Had to pick the right time to drink it and tonight is the night
