A lot going on, but all those notes are bit reserved. You taste the marshmallow, a touch of chocolate and vanilla, and a good bit of smoke (threw me off on first sip). But everything is a bit muted, might be better in a heavier stout. Still a good beer.

#Beermas Day 14: Pretty good for a stout. Lighter than expected. Smooth, slightly creamy. Hint of smokey aroma. Definitely sweeter, but not any particularly distinct flavors.

Milk chocolate and a slight vanilla taste as well. Smooth and filling a great milky beer!

A little too sweet for me, but that's what I get for pickin' a fuckin' milk stout.

Good brew. I liked the flavor and the mouthfeel but I got a slight metallic aftertaste that reduced my overall evaluation of this one. Perhaps palette wasnt cleansed enough. Might give it another try

Not a strong or overpowering stout and I love that for this beer. It is an amazing smell that makes you say “yep it really is what the name entails”. The flavors are on point and it’s not too bold that you would be one and done

Thumbs down. Talks a big game, but just delivers a very basic milk stout. Almost flavorless. Should be called campfire smoldering...

Great cold weather beer. I get the chocolate and marshmallow, but the rest is pretty subtle.

I get a little graham cracker taste. Not sure I’m getting the other flavor notes

Very dark brown, opaque, no head, slight cinnamon nose one it warmed up, creamy mouth, there is a bit of cinnamon half way in and some malt bite. Nothing overpowering.

Chocolate taste. Smooth initially and bitter after taste. Sits very heavy. Episode 2 - check out the craft chronicles on YouTube!

Very little aroma. Subtle marshmallow, cocoa powder, & vanilla bean on the palate. Stale graham cracker on the finish. None of the flavors are prominent or overly sweet. Thin bodied; almost flat. Like a weak porter.
