Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA

IPA - American

Well wow, stronger then I remember. They are right, hops galore. This may be my only beer for an hour or two. Good though.

Wow! That’s really good. Don’t care for the reg 120 because it’s too boozy/malty, but this is intentionally what it needs to be.

I mean, come on. A 17% ipa that drinks smoother than most 7%?? I’ll take it all day. Thanks Cole ❤️❤️ Fun night and just getting ready for the bachelor party!

18 percent, tastes like mead which I don’t mind. Hits the stomach hard feels like I ingested paint thinner a bit.

Boozy but smooth. Sweet with dark fruits, caramel, toffee. Rich and desserty.

Thanks Sean J. Maybe too sweet for me. Almost over the top with flavor. Very good but it slaps you right in the face.

Holy guacamole. This is barrel aged beyond being able to really tell it's an IPA. It burns like liquor.

I was expecting not to like this, but man was I wrong. It’s almost like a port…..but not

Holy !#%$! Wow! Aroma of raisin and date, a ton of bourbon and some 🍯. Exceptionally full bodied, with a smooth, tongue- coating syrup quality. Sweet stone fruit flavors give way to bourbon and a dry woodiness. Smooth and long finish

What a treat for the senses. A rollercoaster of a ride from start to finish. Must confess my inability to quantify and qualify, simply must be experienced!

Dogfish could barrel age 120 in Sardine and Clamato Juice and it would still be delish!

Tastes like raisins mixed with diesel. Not my favorite on draft, but I could see this being awesome in 2 years

Unbelievably smooth at 17% drinks like a fine aged barleywine. Absolutely delicious

In small doses this is ok. 17% ABV so it’s a big brew. Carmel and molasses.

Bartered a bottle of Everclear for a schplitsky. Thanks Jesse! The Utopias barrels really mellow out the 120 burn.
