Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA

Brown sugar, carmel, golden raisen. Bourban (oaky) on the palate towards mid palate. Hop structure comes through on the finish. It has been a while since I have had a 120, but the barrel balances it nicely. Will have to try them side by side soon.

Very hoppy, boozy, whiskey, boozy, brown sugar, boozy, barrel, dry. Bold and delicious. Sip and enjoy. Perfect for when you come home after a terrifying drive on Wallings Road through the South ‘burbs of Cleveland Ohio USA. 🍻👍

Strangely, aging in a barrel actually takes some of the alcohol edge off and mellows it out.
