Tart, juicy cherry sweetness, floral white oak notes, hints of vanilla, light acidity & a lingering Gorgonzola-like aftertaste. Nicely balanced cherry & funk complexity.

Nice balance of sweet, tart & funky. Raspberry preserves, tannic drying oak, hints of green apple, Belgian yeast & re wine vinegar.

Oak, funk, tannic grape must, hints of floral honey & white peach. Flat; zero carbonation. Almost like oak-aged sparkling white grape juice without the sparkle āØ

Brewed 11/16/14, bottled 12/16/16. Very mild funk in the nose, with just a hint of wood. Mild earthy flavor. Not too acidic and not fruity at all. Very mild sour. May be a little past prime.

I donāt know how BBE finds these discontinued or one-of-a-kind beers in a keg without them being past prime. But this tastes just like the 2019 bottle, which was the last vintage released, that I had last year.
