This aged pretty well. Soft, with a bitter and light almond flavor and toasty granola.

Bottled on 11/18/14 and this aged like 120 Minute where it isnât particularly oxidized, so much as itâs a savory malt bomb with a ton of sweet undertones. Like a light barley wine with savory almond on the finish. Thanks to my pops Scott M. for this one.

Amazing how this has held up. Itâs got that old school West Coast Triple, malty hard candy, Waldoâs like flavor.
