Thanks to Matt P for the beer! Pretty good - good hop-fruit balance (mostly tropical fruit, just a bit of peach). Would love to taste it really fresh! I’ll have to watch for it another year.

Yes, subtle is a good description. Slightly peachy. Salt is not obvious. Wish I had a glass to see brew color. Prost

5.1% salted hazy peach IPA brewed with puréed peaches, tropical hops, & Mayan sun seat salt, DH’d w/Australian Summer & Galaxy hops. A tad dry & bitter, but in a good way. Would likely benefit from more peaches and less dry hopping, but it is what it is.

Goes down easy. A little boring as the flavors don’t really jump out at you but you could for sure drink a few of these.

Bready aromas, peach n grape notes.Dry peach n orange notes,light herbal bitterness,hints of chai tea n mild salty,chalky finish,orange n tangerine.

Way underhopped for an IPA. Is this supposed to be a NEIPA? Pale Ale?
