Happy new year 🎈 a good dogfish beer not as good as the 60 minute or the 90 minute beer but a solid Pilsner kinda of a peppery taste to it a little bit but a refreshing taste as well

A great entry on the lighter side of Craft Beer. Golden, clean, crisp and very refreshing. Light body but not watery, slightly bready with a balanced hop zest. Even from the glass there’s is a noticeable aluminum can taste that lingers in the mouth.

Mostly a basic pils but has some additional bitterness and lots of wheat! Well done.

Crisp and bright and smooth. I don't think this has lemon, but it may have taken it on from the pasta and that flavor is being enhanced and lingering. Either way it is pairing nicely with pasta of that persuasion.
