Good beer, a slight citrus finish. Why do they put a rooster on a can of Blue Hen?

Crisp and bright and smooth. I don't think this has lemon, but it may have taken it on from the pasta and that flavor is being enhanced and lingering. Either way it is pairing nicely with pasta of that persuasion.

Thick, off-white head, a somewhat hazy, bubbly gold appearance, and minimal lacing. The aroma is off faint white bread and grass. Taste- cracker and moderate, grassy hop bitterness. Medium body. Mostly-dry finish. RJT
