Gone is the hop quality and is very much a strong ale now. Strong indeed. 120, boom.

hop dryness and bite on the backend, honey Mead and brandy on the nose, boozy swallow, quite a good batch

Side by side with 2008. Both tell-tell DFH tastes, but could be totally different beers. Phenomenal. Thanks Joel !

Just opened a 2021 120 Minute. Let’s just simply say this was exquisite! So mellow..yet so strong! I have 10 bottles left …let’s see how many years I can pause and wait! Decadence! Delisciousness! ! Makes your friends jealous!

Broke this out to share with a neighbor (at 18% ABV, you gotta share). Much pinier than my last 120 Min a few years back. Not for me.

Who knew ‘boozy’ was a flavor ! It tastes like beer made with cognac. But I’d rank it up there because it has a lot of flavor - fruit, some hops, not a lot of malt
