Just opened a 2021 120 Minute. Let’s just simply say this was exquisite! So mellow..yet so strong! I have 10 bottles left …let’s see how many years I can pause and wait! Decadence! Delisciousness! ! Makes your friends jealous!

We are not sure of the year. Nothing printed on the label. No retail tag. Nothing. It tastes old , but not oxidized. Bourbon and hints of mint. Not getting syrup or molasses. It's not bad. Drinkable.

Coffee on the nose with maple syrup and coffee up front on the taste. Creamy and chocolatey. Does not taste like a 17% at all.

Either this has aged very well or the extra two years of drinking experience has helped. Maybe a bit of both. Roasty, sweet, boozy & thick. Roasty coffee, dark chocolate cake, maple, vanilla & bourbon.

Strong bourbon barrel smell. Dull hoppy taste that builds as it goes down.

Tastes and aroma of coffee, chocolate & vanilla. It took a few sips to notice the bourbon notes. Not really boozy at all, but it will definitely warm you up.
