Bottled Aug '21. Smells like green apple skins, tastes like it too. The tart hasn't fallen off yet, it's quite sour and very dry. Like teeth stick to lips dry. Delicious as always from these folks.

This is like a super smooth barleywine. Really boozy, full bodied, tons of dates and caramel. Aged so well.

Interesting spice aroma and flavour profile… At first it tasted like plum, but upon reading the description, clove attributes, with a spiced finish is more defined… Kudos for different!!! 🍻

Absolutely coats the whole mouth. Almost no booze, tastes like carbonated chocolate milk, which is so dangerous and delicious. My first ever taste of this brew for any year.

Side by side with the '17. More carbonated, a little more fruity and boozy. Dark chocolate.
