7.5 years was worth the wait. Delicious and so smooth now. Glad I have the other 3 from the pack to age a few more years. Cheers

Don't know if I needed to hold onto this for 8 years, but still pretty damn tasty.

The bronze color and initial sweetness are noticed at first sip. As the 18% IPA warms up the hops and the high IBU Become dominant. Great aged imperial IPA.

Draft pour, musty old smell with hops underneath, went away on the palate, monster beer and I love the old 120s

Such a unique beer hides the 18% fairly well until you can’t say your name! Tasty smooth no heat definitely special malt forward malt backwards! Thank you, Stevie!!

Aged very well at 5 years and 7 months. This is super smooth, incredibly malty and a little bit sweet like caramel. Bitterness has faded but hop flavor remains. Amazing 10th anniversary pour!

1/14/15 - not as sweet as the 2016 I tried just before this. Boozy

I had one of these 4 years ago and it has made it more complex and floral. Amazing beer once it hits the 5 year mark. It turns into bwizzle.

Aged 5+ years, still packs a punch, leather, tobacco, earthy, burnt caramel

Malt circus and I love it! Delivers like a hopped up sherry at this ABV with malt bill notes approximating a dense rye bread taste. Brisk, prickling carbonation meets the tongue, with a sweet syrupy soft bitterness that rises and falls in waves. 😀👍😘

Thank you Rob S. Like you said it has a mutated to have a nut brown flavor partial through.

Yes, that’s not a misprint…..2015. Hard to judge this one. Could definitely taste the alcohol!

Solid. Sweet. Hint of hops after nearly 7 years. Hides the booze well
