Wow bottle aged since Dec 2020. The second year of Aging really saw a graceful increase in boozy heat that paired well with smoke and chocolate

Chocolate vanilla roasted nut scent. Opaque very small tan head decent lacing. Smooth crisp full mouthfeel. Dark chocolate sweetness vanilla maybe cherry pleasant black coffee finish. Would like more marshmallow maybe graham. Thanks Josh.
