Wow, so much roast, sweetness, molasses, richness on smell. Light carbonation, smooth feel. Gradually builds with light tartness from molasses, coffee, alcohol. Rich. Coconut?

Definitely mellowed a bit with aging. Only a few months gave it more of a smooth carmelly finish. I still have another. Will have to revisit at a later date.

A fantastic blend of chocolate & caramel malt, mildly hot, definitely warming as it goes down. Excellent after a long day at work, and longer night cutting up a huge tree branch that fell out of the sky tonight. Paul Bunyan would approve. Thanks, Jen!
