Oude Geuze Boon - Bone Dry Mikkeller Selection (2018) Ward
Birthday special beer! Lots of funky citrus and yeast on the nose. Tons of carbonation. Tart, but rounded out in to citrus notes with a solid amount of straw and grain. Very special

Some good old wet dog raisin on the nose. Very sweet, still solid carbonation. Lots of red apple, raisin, light hops on taste. It could maybe go another 6 months. Tastes great after 4 interviews this week

Rye Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2020) Ward
Insane. Lots of chocolate and raisin on nose. Sweet chocolate and raisin on taste. No hops. Very sweet, lightly boozy, rich malt. A really special beer. Sad to see it gone, but happy to share with good people

Absolutely crazy. Still a lot of hops on nose, but mainly malt. Syrupy and sweet with a lot of grain and malt. Some light hops on taste. Lots of alcohol.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Ward
Wow, so much roast, sweetness, molasses, richness on smell. Light carbonation, smooth feel. Gradually builds with light tartness from molasses, coffee, alcohol. Rich. Coconut?

Pretty good stout. 3rd time having it. Some graham cracker, marshmallow, and dark chocolate. A little light on the flavors, still solid.
