Tbh I preferred regular bourbon of this I think, boooo. I had high expectations for this. It's great but thinner than bourbon ba and the utopias flavor suffers a bit from the body, definitely some of the strong ale caramel vibes on the finish though.

The nose is 80 proof bourbon. Booze and alcohol up front. Toasted malt. Thinner mouth but I don’t mind.

FLN...I love me some WWS, so I expected this to be good. The Utopias barrel adds a sweetness to this beer that I really liked. Great variant!

Wow - reminds me of stouts I had in the uk. Reminds of wine, port, or sherry. Tannic but smooth. I had no idea it was 17% until I was obliterated afterward.
