Found at a going out of business sale. This is quite tasty, full of flavor.

Heavy body with high alcohol notes. Plenty of malt and low bitterness. Not very sweet

Cheers to buying a Christmas tree finally. Thanks Phillip S. ! Super unique flavor. I dig the booziness and the malty flavor

Still an excellent brew. Aging well and mellowing nicely. Cheers to all on this Friday after Thanksgiving!

So, there's no love lost between me and Boston Beer Company, but this is phenomenal. Ironically appropriate way to celebrate the queer organizing I've done over the past couple years. Rich and portlike.

Sweet carmel oxidized, medium warmth, spicy peppery aftertaste

Someone led me down a Utopias road this evening. Had a couple of these stashed away. Had to crack one. Definitely ages well. Close as I could get to Utopias. Like enjoying a very good bourbon.

Plums, figs, and raisins. I've never had Utopias, but I imagine there's a strong presence here. It's 2.5-ish years old and it still has SO MUCH barrel flavor.

Wedding anniversary beer! Worth the wait. Roasty, rich, and boozy. A celebratory sipper indeed.
