A lot to like here, sweet toffee, some oak from the barrel, but more that I can’t really identify - I have not ever had utopias. Boozy and warming - this will do well with age.

Damn, this is hardcore! Boozy, but an extremely pleasant boozy. And the stout palate underneath keeps busting through. I wish i had a campfire going. Thanks Jim!!!!

Goodness gracious. Saved this one for my 5,000th unique check in. I wanted it to be special and it is definitely special. Best version of the WWS I’ve ever had. With this check in, I will be be stepping back from Untappd for a while.

Waited a year to enjoy & it's still pretty boozy. Thin malt backbone with notes of dark chocolate, mild cherry, and some red wine flavors. Every sip reminds you whose barrel this was aged in. Thanks, Nick G.

Had almost like a whiskey smell to the nose. Definite chocolate notes in the flavor. Dam strong brew.

Been saving this for when I graduated college Straight dark chocolate and rich bourbon characteristics. Definitely a lot more mellow than when it was fresh!

This is a little like sipping a fine bourbon. Warmth and flavor layers work well together.
