Tru-Action IPA

IPA - American

Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Trillium Brewing, this here beer enjoyed the tru-action of biotransformation for hop-centric goodness via daily dosing on the cold side from knock-out to crash. Tru-Action IPA is brewed from grains grown and malted in the regions surrounding our breweries. Mid-Atlantic Wheat from Delaware brings pillowy softness to the body while Danko Rye from Massachusetts offers subtle spice to the flavor of this very modern IPA. We dry-hopped this beer daily with a blend of iconic PNW hop varieties for maximum juicy hop flavor and aroma of mango, pineapple and candied citrus.

Hazy and unfiltered, this clearly dry hopped IPA features a smooth, hoppy bitterness with a touch of citrus.

Mango and pineapple. On the bitter side for a hazy but still very smooth.

Not really getting the Trillium influence, definitely more dogfish, but overall still a solid beer.

Solid and crushable but was expecting better considering it's a Trillium colab.

Decent. From clerk’s description, expected joose. It’s not that. Rye and grains spice it up. In a can, can’t see color. Not getting mango, pineapple as per can. More old school wc profile to me. Whatever. I’ll rate from glass

Not bad, definitely not their best work. A little bitter , not really getting the Mango notes they're referring to.

Collaboration beers work best if there are at least two breweries involved. It's in Webster's people!
