The taste is a barrage of hops - piney, citrus, orange, with a sneaky bitterness (ibu90) that is tamed by the sweet toasted malts with hints of caramel. This, another Dogfish classic.

Great balance between malt & hop. Refreshing enough I want another even though it's 9%abv

Best served in a snifter to enjoy the malt. It has a dryness that upholds a pungent taste, underlain with a dank, sublimated hoppiness.

Not sure if this is an/the *official* 2022 vintage... but, what the hell, I’ll go with the flow. Damn fine beverage (just like every year), regardless of when it was brewed.

Scammed! ...looks like only 3ree or 4our ounces out of that 12-ounce bottle. Okay, well... maybe some of it was consumed pre-photo? Huh!

First a 3 year gap, then a 4 year gap and now first time out of a can. Changing my rating again a bit 🍻

AAAAHHHHH! Now this is like a rich, heavy Trea Leches Cake mixed with an Imperial IPA and created a heavy, mouthfeely beer that is both hoppy & malty simultaneously! I DIG IT!!!--Says @UncleTexGP. #RelaxAndHaveAnIPA

They dressed my boi with a new outfit, made him thinner, taller, barely entering the frame. 660ml of pure danger, more punch to the throat than usual. Oh well, I guess there’s no rest for the wicked.
