First beer of 2023! Starting the year off with the new Dogfish Head Variety Pack. I had this beer back in November, when it was being tested in the Tasting Room. Watching football with Chris and his friends.

Pale straw color brilliant clarity small but lingering head. Muted malt scent. Smooth crisp light mouthfeel. Malt sweetness grassy bitterness dry finish. Love the ornate gold leaf label art.

Do snow day beers taste better than non snow day beers? I think so. Hoppy dry pils. I approve.
