5% Italian Pilsner continually hopped for 60 minutes, brewed with flint corn polenta. A solid Pils with a great nose. Imminently quaffable, bien sur!

It's light and crispy. I know it's a pilsner but I figured being Dogfish Head, it would have a more prominent hop character. A good one for pounding after mowing the lawn for sure.

Refreshing! I do surprisingly taste corn in this; in a good way. I would definitely have this again in the Summer while eating salsa haha

Different for a Pilsner … overall a good beer not quite the full Pilsner taste but still an enjoyable beer

Plenty corny. 🌽 Spicy slightly peppery finish. Awaiting latest snow onslaught.
