Low esters up front. Light and clean body. Finishes with a straw flavor.

Sweet, syrupy nose. Like honeyed biscuits. Medium body, a bit syrupy. Tropical fruits over a sweet pastry dough and some straw dryness. Peppery too. Finish is sweet pastry dough with more dry straw. Pretty good

Mmm, just taste that kernza (not really)! Uniquely flavored pils with good mouthfeel and a gentle, light, crisp, grainy/malty, slightly earthyish taste. Very quaffable and slammable.

Smoother pils than I normally am used to. Head is pretty delish. After taste is okay
