Clean, crisp pilsner, rounded with a bit of cereal-grainy kernza, I guess. In terms of taste, I’m thinking Special K.

As this aged, it seems to have developed a pleasant lean to the mineral amidst its lightly malty base, accentuating the pilsner’s crispness.
