120 Minute IPA (2022)

IPA - Imperial / Double

What you have here is the holy grail for hopheads. This beer is continually hopped over a 120 minute boil & then dry hopped for over a month. Enjoy now or age for a decade or so.

Kinda shocked by how smooth and easy-drinking this absurd brew ended up being. Let’s go!

only a bit hot, and not at all boozy. notable for a 16.6% IPA. a huge, over-the-top beer, but methinks that’s kinda the idea. overall, it’s actually quite enjoyable. dangerous.

This year was an amazing beer. Not too bozy where you knew it was an 18%. Great hops.

Taste comparison with a 2017 dogfish 120. 2017 aged to like a barleywine!

Imperial "double" IPA. An annual favorite. Caramelly sweetness. Nice and full. Some bitterness in the back, but smooths out after a mouthcoating or two. Love the booze.

Excellent. Well done. Boozy, but smooth. Thick, but not too thick. Great flavor. One is good. Two will put your lips on the ground. Not for the faint of heart. The IPA of IPAs.
