Resolve

Kellerbier / Zwickelbier

Resolve is an open-source collaboration beer to recognize the determination of the Ukrainian people and to aid the humanitarian effort. We brewed the recipe designed by Matt Matuszewski from 42 North Brewing Company in Buffalo, NY. It's intended to be a simple yet flavorful beer for sessioning. Bready Vienna malt and crisp organic two-row malt were combined with one hop, Spalt, added in the traditional pilsner manner. A crisp lager yeast was used and we are offering it unfiltered in the Keller style to let the bready and floral notes shine.

I like the idea of this beer more than the beer itself. Kellerbiers just have too much of that straw/grass flavor that I can’t get into. still, it is quite refreshing for this 100f weather.
