The front is malty and rich. However, the back is flat and leaves an odd taste that I can’t place. Overall, a decent beer.

Cooked green peppers…other than some bitterness, tastes nothing like WWS. So disappointing…

Black with a medium sized foamy brown head. Bitter and roasty with smoke, coffee, floral hops and vanilla. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

I have had better coffee stouts. Wanted this stout to be better but didn’t happen. Weak from front to back.

Something overly sharp, bordering on unpleasant on the back palette/aftertaste. Overly sweet.

I don’t know what the buzz is all about. It’s boozy. It’s coffee flavored. It has a sour flavor to it. It’s $11 a bottle. It’s not worth it.

I should love this but i don’t. Smells great looks great but I think I’m not a big fan of the base stout and the coffee used in this is too bitter, espresso like. Even the maple syrup flavor seems a tad too much. Oh how i miss CBS!

Sharp boozie and roasty. Booze heavy. I think this needs to age a bit.

A little too sweet and doesn't quite blend together. I would have this again but make a milkshake or a float with it, I think a little bit of fat to cut the sweetness would be perfect

I wanted this to be better. At just a few months old (I think), I'm getting lots of green pepper. A big miss for me.
