The yeast strain is throwing me a bit up front, but the finish is great.

Brewed for last year's Record Store Day. Hazy tangerine colour and faint tropical notes. I could taste the amaranth, especially on the front. Amaranth is a lovely ancient grain to brew with. ABV is nearly invisible and is easy drinking hazy.

Definitely something that will sneak up on you. I had no idea this was an imperial but it's something I would end the night with!
