Fruit sweet seems too much, just really not that enjoyable to drink, I like red ales, but this was hard to drink and dumped it after drinking about 1/4 of a bottle

Interesting collaboration between Dogfish & Rodenbach from Belgium to craft a Belgian style Red ale

Unlike any other RED ALE I've had. In fact, I'd have a hard time calling this a red ale on the flavors. For that, it gets subtractions to my rating.

It was sour. Not sure if that’s the point. Didn’t drink it. It wasn’t expired

Strong cherry fruitiness with a funky aftertaste.

Not bad. Belgium style, cherry on tongue, a little funky on the finish.

I’m not fond of Rodenbach, but really like this chimera. Lighter overall, lost funky aftertaste of original, kept Flanders tang. Accent tastes of candied citrus peel, sour cherry, and oak. Little toastiness in malt. Long tart finish.

I ACTUALLY like this better bottled, but still stellar.

That’s an interesting combination. Belgium meets red ale meets cherry meets citrus. Not sure there’s enough Belgian for jim l. There’s definitely not enough red ale & too much cherry for me. Unique and can see many enjoying

Was hoping this would be more sour like rodenbach. Malty, herbal, and some cherry
