Beautiful color that tastes like cherry and malt.

Slightly hoppy, good malt flavor too. Very solid red ale, but not much that really stands out and makes it exceptional in my mind

Totally Dogfish Head quality, just not particularly my style (the spices mostly).

Not my usual jam, but it’s tasty. Typical dogfish head.

New year, new beer. Aroma is sort of sour cherry with subtle orange & toffee/caramel notes. Taste mimics the aroma nicely with toffee malts with tart/sour cherry, orange & raisin like flavors. Mild bitterness of pine. Interesting to say the least.

thanks to Martin B. (I think) for leaving this one in the fridge

Found this in the back of the fridge. Score! Thanks Martin B. ! This is interesting, a little sweet finish.

It was okay. Not more, not less. I long for that yearly line-up that always included Olde School, Palo Santo Marron, Raisin D’ Extra, Burton Baton Oak Aged IPA…and more gems. Still love DFH but… / Get this fixed sweet Kathleen of Delaware!

Slightly woody, nicely carbonated, lightly sweetened cherry kool-aid

Tastes barrel aged at first and then mellows out, almost like a less flavorful Mad Elf

A complex flavor profile, different red ale for sure. Off putting and cinnamon taste at first but warming brings out the intended oak and fruit character.
