A wonderful red ale that’s finishes sweet. Can get hints of the barrel aging as well.

Curious since I've baked with sumac but I don't like reds. Copper color, aroma like cranberries or tart cherries. Complex flavor profile, kinda spicy? Not sure if I'd ever care to have another, but I appreciate the creative concept.

Cherry, candied orange, plum, toffee, chocolate, clove, and malt. Great red ale with some Belgiany tartness. Interesting, complex, and tasty!

Very flavorful but a little too heavy cherry for my tastes, otherwise could be a 5.

A little thin but some nice Belgian spice and candied sugar.

Not much aroma. Mildly spicy flavor up front with a mild tartness and a dry, slightly floral finish.
